David Grobart to Speak at Chicago Bar Association Meeting

David Grobart, partner with the firm Lowis & Gellen, LLP, addressed the Chicago Bar Association's Commercial Finance and Transaction Committee at its monthly luncheon meeting on September 15, 2005. Mr. Grobart spoke on how to assess restrictive covenants on the use of commercial real property when representing clients in the purchase or financing of such property.
