Verdict in favor of all defendants in Will County!

Partner Robert H. Smith, assisted by attorney Megan Inskeep, recently scored a victory in Joilet, following a two-week trial before Judge O'Leary. Mr. Smith and Ms. Inskeep represented a radiologist in a wrongful death action, involving the tragic death of a 2-month old from heart disease. Two other pediatricians were also sued. Plaintiff sought $2 million in damages, but the jury returned a verdict in favor of all defendants. An offer of settlement had been made prior to the trial, but was declined by the family.
